Where is your warehouse located?

Our warehouses are mainly located in North American and Europe. Therefore, there is a chance that your order's items have to be ordered from overseas. So, please bear in mind that there is a possibility that your order might get stuck in customs.

*Please note that if your order is stuck in customs we have no control over it and we cannot assume responsibility for it.

Where are you located?

We are a click away. Wordans is an e-commerce platform only based in Spain. Our warehouses are in France, Spain, Italy and Netherlands.

Can I pick up my order?

Wordans.com.au is an online-based shop, so we do not have any physical storefronts. We ship everything directly from our warehouses right to your door for your own convenience. What is a coupon code?

In e-commerce and online shopping a coupon code, or promo code, is a computer-generated code, consisting of letters or numbers that consumers can enter into a promotional box on a site's shopping cart (or checkout page) to obtain a discount on their purchase.

How do I contact you?

Do I need to create an account to shop with you?

No, you can purchase through express checkout.

Do you have a paper catalog you can send?

We do not have a physical catalog because we are constantly updating our product selection.

How do I subscribe to the Newsletter?

On the site footer you will find a box to insert your email address and you will start receiving our Newsletter.

Can I get a quote of printed garments?

Yes, we provide quotes for printed garments and offer two options:

1. Using our Customization Tool:

On the top right corner of our website, under the “Customization” button (here), you’ll find all the items available for customization without any minimum quantity. You can upload your logo or artwork, select from our pre-defined designs, add text, and choose from various fonts.

2. For items not available in the Customization Tool:

Every product page includes a button that redirects you to a quote request form. In this form, you’ll provide details about your project. Once we receive your submission, one of our team members will get back to you within 1 business day.
